Who we are

Zaga sells laptops and other devices on installment payment plans. This portal is our official billing site, where customers view their balance, pay installments, and receive device access codes.

Installment plans and payment protection

When you purchase a device on an installment plan, you agree at the time of purchase that the device runs our payment-protection software until the full price is paid. If an installment is missed beyond its grace period, the software restricts sign-in on the device until the account is brought up to date. Once your plan is fully paid, the protection is permanently removed and the device is entirely yours.

Payments

Installments are payable through this portal via PesaPal (mobile money or card) or in person at our shop. Card and mobile money details are handled entirely by PesaPal — we never see or store them. Each successful installment issues an access code valid for your plan's billing period.

Access codes

Codes are issued per payment, tied to your device, and shown immediately after payment. A still-valid code can be retrieved on this portal using your account number, or from our support team after identity verification.
