What we collect

To run your installment plan we keep your name, phone number, email address, your device's identifiers (account number, serial, model), and a record of your payments. This portal never asks for passwords, PINs, ID numbers, or card details.

Payments

Online payments are processed by PesaPal on their own secure pages. Your card number or mobile money PIN goes to PesaPal only — it never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to manage your installment plan: recording payments, issuing access codes, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except the payment processor and where the law requires.

Your device

The payment-protection app on a financed device reports only what's needed to identify it: its serial number, model, manufacturer, and computer name. It does not read your files, browsing, or personal data.
